3. Intellectual Property
All the elements comprising the site tribulys.fr (in particular its architecture, source code, texts, illustrations, logos, icons and graphic interface) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Tribulys or its licensors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of Tribulys, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
